Cheese Chaser
Toy car

In this project, we were tasked with developing a children’s toy after studying a range of manufacturing methods throughout the semester.
I chose to design a toy car, focusing on minimizing part count in order to meet a very low production budget. The final design consists of only four primary injection-molded components, which together support multiple play features while keeping manufacturing simple and cost-effective.
This approach allowed me to balance functionality with efficiency, demonstrating how thoughtful design can reduce complexity without sacrificing user experience.
